Lou was, at his death, the CEO of RG Global Lifestyles, Inc. (you can look 'em up on yahoo finance under RGBL.OB). One of their divisions is the now famed OC Energy Drink.
Because it is a public company, all manner of info is readily available on the SEC website, amongst other places. The estate of Louis Knickerbocker owns 6.7 million shares, or 26% of that company. Just prior to his death, that was worth about $9.7 million dollars. The stock price was cut in half the day he died and never recovered, so it is worth about $4.4 million now. Well, that and the fact that Company lost $20 million last year and there are serious doubts about its ability to soldier on. He also took home cash compensation of $160K last year, but nearly all of his compensation was in stock
